"Worlds of War" is the nineteenth chapter of The Last Son, Book Three: Changes. Intergalactic bounty hunter Lobo was contracted by Ronan the Accuser to kill the last Kryptonian: Superman. However, Mongul, the ruler of Warworld, brought his artificial world to Earth and captures Superman, Lobo, Cyclops, and the Inhuman Black Bolt to be part of Warworld's deadly gladitorial games.

And for those of you watching from Earth, don't bother adjusting the channel; Warworld is transmitting the greatest show in the universe from every frequency, so just sit back, relax, and enjoy! And for you Earthlings with itchy trigger-fingers, I'd advise you not to bother; your puny weapons can't harm Warworld, and those who try to harm us find out the hard way what happens when you try to silence free speech…
Lobo: Yeah, you! What the frag are you doing, feeb? I was in the middle of a job! Who the frag do you think you are?
Cyclops: (muttering) Didn't anybody tell this guy the First Rule of Holes..?
Lobo: Me, I'm Lobo, the Main Man, and Owner and Curator of Hotel de Fragg; I provide any feeb or fanboy stupid enough to cross me with a grenade fer lunch, and a sleep they never wake up from…and lookie here! (draws out a neutron-cannon) It's checkout time!
Lobo: Like I said before, anybody that gets in the Main Man's face gets his face rearranged!
Mongul: Ah, there are my new rookies! I understand that there was a little scuffle, just now.
Lobo: Frag yeah, there was. We was just about to finish it, before your feebs interrupted.
Mongul: While I suppose I can understand your aggression. (voice turns darkly) I will not have it eat into my profit-margin; if you want to kill each other, do it in the ring.
Leap: I still can't believe it. I mean, dealing with Magneto, Doom, and the F.O.H. is one thing…but now we have to rescue Big Blue from some twisted reality show?
Havok: (shrugs) I always figured that reality TV would be the downfall of civilization.
(Lobo punches Superman after being thanked)
Superman: What was that for?
Lobo: Just didn't want you thinkin' the Main Man was goin' soft, fanboy!
Alex: Man, the universe is one seriously messed-up place.
Scott: Bro, you said a mouthful.
