The company's headquarters were based in Gotham City. Its subsidiary the Wayne Foundation was established for the sake of all the young children on the streets, orphaned by crime, so that no child would have to suffer a life alone.
The company was responsible for secretly funding and providing the construction of the Justice League Watchtower.
