Kurox was the first Kryptonian artificial intelligence created by Jor-El. He became the primary servitor to the House of El.
History[]
Created by Kryptonian scientist Jor-El, Kurox was made the protector of Jor-El's family, giving him specific directives in addition to the basic directives all A.I.s begin functioning with; directives to protect and obey the House of El. Kurox was given to Jor-El's brother Lin-El and lived with Lin-El's family on Argo. When Argo fell victim to a Eradicator, Kurox was spared and began looking after the planet's sole survivor, Kara Zor-El.
